Where do you deliver?

Evans Hardware delivers throughout South Africa. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on the product, delivery area and courier. We’ll send tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Can I collect my order?

Collection availability will be shown at checkout. If collection is not available for your order, it will be delivered to your selected address.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Products shown as available on our website are generally in stock or available to order. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with the available options.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Warranty Policy. Please contact us before sending an item back.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate solution.

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes. Products are covered by the protections provided under South African consumer law. Certain products may also include a manufacturer warranty. See our Returns & Warranty page or the individual product page for details.

Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?

Yes. For larger orders, contractors, businesses or ongoing supply requirements, visit our Trade & Bulk Orders page and send us your requirements for a tailored quote.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to assist. Once an order is with the courier, changes may no longer be possible.
